Clubs and Activities

Regent offers a number of extracurricular non-credit clubs and activities that provide opportunities for students to grow and excel in outreach, service, and other areas of interest.

Wilberforce chapter of the National Beta Club (Class 9-12)
Jr. Beta Club (Class 7-8) 

The mission of the National Beta Club is "To promote the ideals of academic achievement, character, service and leadership among elementary and secondary school students. Regent has named it's Beta Club chapter after the great British statesman William Wilberforce, an evangelical Christian who put his faith into practice and was instrumental in abolishing the slave trade.

5th / 7th / 9th Grade Girls Mentors 

High school girls meet with younger students to facilitate weekly or monthly bible studies, scripture memory, lessons, games, snacks, and other activities to get to know each other better.


High School Missions Trip

The Purpose of Regent High School Missions is to provide an opportunity for students who have a passion for Jesus Christ to share their faith and serve in a way that is powerful and effective. Each Summer, students in grades 9-12 , will have the opportunity to serve on a short-term mission trip to support a local, national, or international mission.

Matthew 9:37-38: "The harvest is truly plenteous, but the Laborers are few, Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest."

Math Counts (Class 8) 

MathCounts is a nationwide attempt to encourage young people to pursue engineering fields of study. Through fun competition and team play, students cultivate better problem solving skills in mathematics. Each year Regent sends a team to compete for the state competition. 

Readers are Leaders (Class 3-6) 

Readers are Leaders is an optional reading program for students beginning in third grade and continuing through sixth grade. It encourages students to read excellent literature by acknowledging and rewarding them based on the number of words they read during the year.
